What is sunless (spray) tanning? And how does it work?

All sunless tanning products contain an active ingredient called Dihydroxyacetone (commonly known as DHA), a colourless sugar that interacts directly with the proteins in the outer layer of your skin, to produce a gorgeous golden brown colour.

DHA takes up to 10 hours to fully develop, which is why we recommend waiting 8-10 hours before washing off your tan, unless it is the HIT Tan, then you can wash it off after 1hour.
